My name is Jessica, Coach and Creator of Well Made Wellness.
Have you ever been sick and discouraged? Ever hopped onto the internet for solutions only to find yourself swimming in more confusion?
Hi! I’m Jessica. I’ve been where you are and it birthed in me a mission to help you.
That mission – my mission – is education and my hope is for Well Made Wellness to ever serve as your go-to source for clarity, inspiration and encouragement.
Let’s be honest; wellness is work! I’m here to make the work a little more – dare we say – understandable, doable, and hopefully enjoyable.
Will you join me? Allow me to escort you through the longs hallways of deep science and into the Truth: God wants you well!
Inspiring Wellness with a Whole Heart
Having walked an arduous road of my own health-wise, my aim is to share with you how I learned to thrive in my spirit, soul and body!
Connecting the Bible and wellness in ways that make sense is my passion.
I’m an experienced and Certified Health Coach trained in Holistic Nutrition who equips others with knowledge, helping them thrive on their own wellness journey. I love what I do!
Read my blog, follow me on Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram, and let’s get to know each other!
After graduating Bible college, I took a hard left turn and earned my B.S./M.S. in Holistic Nutrition – plus a few other certifications – and, so far, have enjoyed over fifteen years of professional experience in the fields of health and wellness.
A Certified Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS) Practitioner, ACE Certified Health Coach and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, seasonal member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals and the Weston A. Price Foundation, my areas of expertise center on the inextricable links between the Bible and wellness.
I’m passionate about helping people!
Educational endeavors proved meaningful, but the ‘school of hard knocks’ will always be my most comprehensive and valuable educator.
Having endured decades of major neurological and gastrointestinal disease, the education I provide others naturally centers around the gut. I believe research supports a well-functioning digestive tract as foundational for my mental health, emotional health and physical health.
Robert and I travelled an unpredictable and transformative journey learning what wholeness means – body, soul, and spirit.
NEMO & PIPER | MY BABIES
Nemo and Piper, our two Somali cats, (translation: fur babies) graciously allow me to live alongside them in our home. You’ll see these sweet peas throughout the blog and may even learn why they thrive on a homemade, raw diet!
