Challenge Groups are small, PRIVATE groups that I host monthly on the Facebook platform. Each month assumes a unique personality, but they’re all FUN! Challengers are led by my team of wellness professionals and me.
What’s a Challenger?
A Challenger is probably a woman just like you. It might even be you! Challengers are women with purpose and potential! They’re women with different backgrounds, yet similar. Challengers are willing to do what it takes to stretch outside their comfort zone to be healthy! Some need to lose weight, some need to gain. Some want accountability with overeating and some just don’t know what to eat. Some are couch potatoes, some are marathoners. Some are homeschool moms who want to add muscle tone and some are business executives who like convenient, On-Demand workouts. Whoever you are, dear Challenger, I guarantee that teaming with The Bread Believer will be a learning experience for you!
I will help you choose a realistic program best suited for your food and fitness needs. You will receive tailored and scientifically sound education on food and fitness, recipes, small homework tasks, Bible focus, plus videos from me with topics ranging from “Sugar Cravings” to “What is Healthy Food” to “Overcoming Food Bondage.”

The benefit of jumping into a Challenge Group with The Bread Believer is that you receive the whole package! I teach a lot about about Food and Fitness as they relate to health. But, to fully realize Freedom I’ve found issues of Faith must be addressed. I’m not your typical Health Coach! Professionally degreed and credentialed, I have over a decade experience teaching others how to get results!
